GISELE TERRY, C.A.P., M.A., MFT
Gisele
Terry's contribution to the Avalon School of Astrology is
extraordinary. She developed the counseling and ethics training
course as well as teach it. She trains our students
to be profesional consultants. Gisele inspires the students
to reach higher levels of expertise in their astrological work.
Gisele Terry is an astrologer and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. She has been working as an astrological consultant for over thirty years with a clientele in the U.S. and Europe and received the CAP certification from ISAR in 2001.
Since 1974 Gisele has published articles in astrological journals, including CAO Times and the Astro-Psychology Newsletter, and has written columns for three newspapers in Los Angeles.
Gisele is the co-director of the Consulting Skills Training Program for ISAR, Gisele designed the counseling skills programs for The Avalon School of Astrology, in Gainesville, Florida and The Academy of Astro-Psychology in San Raphael, California. She has served on the board of the Organization of Professional Astrology and is currently a board member for the International Society of Astrological Research.
As a psychotherapist, Gisele has been in private practice since 1992 and specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety and trauma. Since 2002 she has been certified by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as a clinical supervisor and supervises new trainees and interns in the field of marriage and family therapy at the Southern California Counseling Center in Los Angeles.
