Approved FVA Teachers/Schools &
Transfer of Credits

 

The following teachers are developing a course curriculum that meets the requirements of the FVA for FVA Certified Schools as of March 7, 2022. These requirements and guidelines are given at: www.avalonastrology.com/fva/

Starlene Breiter:
Certified VA Astrologer. Starlene received her Professional Astrology Certificate (PAC) in January, 2015 from the Avalon School of Astrology

David Cochrane:
Certified VA Astrologer. Cofounder of the Avalon School of Astrology.

Christopher Pridham:
Certified VA Astrologer. Christopher received his Professional Astrology Certificate (PAC) in January, 2015 from the Avalon School of Astrology

 

Transfer of Credits

All of the approved FVA Teachers/Schools agree to work in a cooperative spirit and as a team to provide the best possible services.

An FVA-approved school can choose to accept transfer credits only from another FVA-approved school. Transfer credits are possible only of equivalent courses at another FVA-approved school. A school cannot accept transfer credits from a course that is not FVA-approved, and a school can accept transfer credits only from a course that is approved for the same FVA course requirements. This is an option of the FVA-approved school; the school accepts the transfer credits only if it wishes to.

For courses taken by students before the FVA approval process was put in place on May 1, 2022, there may be partial approval of the course by the FVA. For example, a course taken that began before May 1, 2022 may be approved pending submission of additional homework assignments to the FVA. Schools must adhere to these requirements. All courses that begin after May 1, 2022 are given only full approval by the FVA, and partial approval of courses is discontinued.

Linda Berry:
Some courses given by Linda Berry that began prior to May 1, 2022 may be eligible for partial transfer of credits. As always, it is up to FVA-approved school whether they wish to accept transfer credits for these courses or any other course taken at another school. Transfer of credits from courses by Linda Berry that begin after May 1, 2022 to another FVA-approved school is not possible.
